CYNOSURE LUTRONIC
Mosaic 3D 1550 nm Er:Glass non-ablative fractional laser for wrinkles, acne scars and skin revitalisation
3D Controlled Chaos Technology and integrated cooling: multi-depth skin revitalisation, even around the eyes and mouth.
WHY CHOOSE IT
MOSAIC 3D BENEFITS
1
3D CCT technology
Multi-depth microbeams stimulate the mid-dermis with a lower risk of bulk heating.
2
Integrated cooling
Cold air and cold-compression sapphire tips: less pain, erythema and oedema, even around the eyes and mouth.
3
Rolling and stamping
Rollers for large areas and stamping for focal zones, in a single platform.
Mosaic 3D is manufactured by Cynosure Lutronic. Bioskin Italia distributes it in Italy and supports every installation with clinical training, technical service and marketing support.
THE PRODUCT
What is Mosaic 3D
Mosaic 3D is a 1550 nm Er:Glass non-ablative fractional laser. It creates micro-zones of coagulation in the dermis that stimulate collagen and elastin in the mid-dermis while leaving the surrounding skin intact. This improves the appearance of wrinkles and acne scars and revitalises the skin of the face, neck and body, on all Fitzpatrick skin types. It combines rolling and 3D Controlled Chaos stamping in one platform, and results can be visible after a single session.
THE TECHNOLOGY
How the Mosaic 3D fractional laser works
The 1550 nm laser is absorbed by water in the tissue and creates microscopic columns of coagulation in the dermis. The healthy skin between microbeams speeds healing and triggers collagen remodelling, without removing the epidermis.
3D Controlled Chaos Technology
3D CCT adds a new dimension to patented Controlled Chaos scanning: it distributes microbeams at multiple depths in a controlled order. It reduces the risk of bulk thermal heating and allows more coagulation volume per stamp, without sacrificing safety.
Rolling and stamping in one platform
The new air-cooled metal rollers cover large areas quickly and evenly. 3D CCT stamping remodels collagen in challenging focal areas. Both 2D and 3D CCT modes are available.
Integrated air cooling
Cold air flows through the handpiece and onto the sapphire tips. It cools the skin during emission and reduces pain, erythema and oedema, improving comfort, safety and treatment efficacy.
Cold-compression sapphire tips
The sapphire tips cool and compress the skin. They come in three formats: circle up to 12 mm diameter, rectangle up to 8×20 mm and square up to 20×20 mm, so even the delicate areas around the eyes and mouth can be treated safely.

FAQ
Mosaic 3D FAQ
Is Mosaic 3D an ablative laser?
No. Mosaic 3D is a 1550 nm Er:Glass non-ablative fractional laser: it coagulates micro-zones in the dermis without removing the epidermis. This is why recovery time is shorter than with ablative lasers.
What does 3D CCT technology change?
3D Controlled Chaos Technology distributes microbeams at multiple depths. It reduces the risk of bulk thermal heating and allows more coagulation volume per stamp while keeping the treatment safe.
Can the areas around the eyes and mouth be treated?
Yes. Integrated air cooling and cold-compression sapphire tips are designed precisely to treat the delicate periocular and perioral areas safely.
Which skin types can it be used on?
Mosaic 3D is indicated for all Fitzpatrick skin types, on the face, neck and body. Results can be visible after a single session.
Can I see Mosaic 3D in action before buying?
Yes: we can arrange a demonstration at your practice or at one of the partner medical centres we work with, where training days are also held. Fill in the form below.
