What is Scizer
Scizer is a macro focused scanning ultrasound (MFSU) device for non-surgical body contouring. It focuses energy 13 mm deep, in the subcutaneous fat layer, and destroys fat cells through coagulative necrosis; the body gradually clears them and the waistline shrinks. Results show right after the session and improve over the following months. It needs no anaesthesia and no downtime. For body lifting and tightening it pairs with Ultraformer III and Ultraformer MPT.
THE TECHNOLOGY
How Scizer works
2 MHz ultrasound is focused 13 mm below the skin, in the fat layer. The heat selectively destroys fat cells without spreading to the surrounding tissue. Over time the body clears the cells and the fat layer gets thinner.
Uniform Scanning Technology
Progressive scanning delivers a homogeneous beam over a 46 × 46 mm area in 24 lines. Energy is equal across the whole surface, with no over- or under-treated spots.
Intelligent contact cooling
Contact Cooling Control chills the skin surface at an adjustable temperature. It has an anaesthetic effect, protects the epidermis and makes the procedure easier for physician and patient.
Two handpieces
The two handpieces can work simultaneously or separately. Together with the larger spot they cut procedure time and running costs.
Documented safety
Classys assessed safety with blood lipid analysis, ultrasound scans of the fat layer at 90 days and histology up to 90 days after the procedure.

How many centimetres can patients lose?
According to Classys, Scizer reduces abdominal girth by 2 cm on average per treatment in patients with a BMI below 30 and a fat layer of at least 2.5 cm.
When are results visible?
A first result is visible right after the session; improvement continues over the following months as the body clears the treated fat cells.
Is anaesthesia needed? Is there any downtime?
No. Contact cooling has an anaesthetic effect, no preparation is needed and patients return to normal activities straight away.
How is Scizer different from Ultraformer?
Scizer uses a macro focused beam at 13 mm, designed to reduce abdominal fat. Ultraformer III uses cartridges at different depths for lifting and tightening of face and body.
